If a dismissal case due to inadequacy of classroom performance reaches the court, the court will consider both content and procedure. This system is designed to eliminate procedural error and allow the evaluator to focus on content. The system also reduces the direct pressure on the evaluator by involving other appropriate personnel.
This system has been successfully used for over ten (10) years. During that time, no dismissal case has ever reached the court. Interventions have concluded with teachers either being returned to the classroom with improved levels of performance or in resignation.
