system that addresses personnel performance is complete without the ability to
administer appropriate disciplinary action. As in the inadequacy of performance
system, this system is designed to eliminate procedural error and allow the administrator
to focus on content. The system again reduces the direct pressure on the administrator
by involving other appropriate personnel. This system has been successfully used for over ten (10) years. During that time, no disciplinary action has ever been challenged in court.
